The Matchaas Starter combines a 30 g tin of premium matcha from Uji, Kyoto with a handcrafted bamboo whisk. Shade-grown, stone-ground, and small-batch - bright green color, smooth texture, and clean umami (without the coffee crash).

How to prepare
1–2 g + 60-80 ml water at 70-80 °C (160-175 °F). Whisk quickly in a zig-zag for 10-15 sec. Top with water or milk (hot or cold).

Tip: Soak the whisk in warm water for ~5 minutes before use for better froth.
