Subscription, Pre-Order & Try-Before-You-Buy – Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, a pre-order, or try before you buy. This policy explains how to change or cancel these purchase options.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the delivery frequency you select (e.g., every 4/8 weeks). Your payment details are stored securely and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you pay in advance.

Payment methods: Subscriptions are billed through Shopify Payments (card/Shop Pay, incl. Apple Pay/Google Pay). Vipps is available for one-time purchases only and cannot be used to start or renew a subscription.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not want to renew, you can cancel.

Cancel or change anytime: Use the Manage subscription link in our emails or log into your account to pause, skip, change frequency, or cancel. You can also email contact@matchaas.com with subject “Cancel subscription”. Cancellation takes effect from the next scheduled order.

Price changes: If we change subscription prices, we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice by email. You can cancel before the change applies.

Failed payments: If a payment fails, we’ll notify you and retry a limited number of times. If unsuccessful, the subscription may be paused or cancelled.

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or upcoming product. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining amount at a later date.

Vipps & pre-orders: If you pay a pre-order with Vipps, we may collect the full amount up front. If only a deposit was taken, we’ll send a payment link for the remaining balance before dispatch (automatic re-charging via Vipps is not available).

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that hasn’t been fulfilled yet. Once fulfilled, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may request a refund per our Return & Refund Policy.

Try Before You Buy

For try-before-you-buy items, we authorize your payment method before shipping. You have a set period to decide if you’ll keep the item. If the period ends and the item hasn’t been returned, we capture the full amount.

Payment requirement: Try-before-you-buy requires a card supported by Shopify Payments for authorization and capture. Vipps is not supported for try-before-you-buy.
