Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or region, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and may involve: (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

We do our best to ensure that all information provided on this website is accurate, complete, and current. However, we are not responsible if any information is inaccurate, incomplete, or not up to date.
4. Product Descriptions & Pricing
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or pricing are error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time (including after you have submitted your order), without prior notice.
5. Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders made through our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information (including email address and payment details) so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
6. Payments (including Vipps)
We offer payment with Vipps and other methods shown at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, amounts are authorized (reserved) at checkout and captured when your order ships. For partial shipments, we capture only the shipped items. If an authorization expires before shipment, we may request a new authorization or cancel the order.
All prices are shown inclusive of applicable VAT and taxes where required, and you will see the final total (including shipping) before placing your order.
7. Subscriptions (Purchase Options)
We offer subscription purchase options (e.g., “Subscribe & Save”) on selected products.
- Start & Frequency: A subscription is created when you choose a purchase option at checkout. You select the delivery interval (for example every 2/4/8 weeks).
- Manage: You can manage, pause, skip, change frequency, or cancel at any time before the next order is processed via the “Manage subscription” link in our emails or by logging into your customer account and opening Subscriptions.
- Billing: For each upcoming delivery, the amount is authorized when the order is created and captured when the order ships (including Vipps).
- How to cancel: You may cancel at any time before the next order is processed via the “Manage subscription” link or by emailing contact@matchaas.com with subject “Cancel subscription”. We will confirm your cancellation by email. Cancellation takes effect from the next scheduled order.
- Price changes: We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price change takes effect for an active subscription. You can cancel before the change applies.
- Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will notify you and retry a limited number of times. If unsuccessful, the subscription may be paused or cancelled.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Please see our Shipping Policy for delivery times, rates, customs, address changes, and split shipments. Risk of loss passes upon delivery to the address you provided.
9. Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal
Please see our Return & Refund Policy for how to return items, time limits, and refunds (including Vipps). If you are in the EU/EEA, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible items; conditions and instructions are described in our Return & Refund Policy.
10. Optional Tools and Third-Party Services
We may provide access to third-party tools or services “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for your use of optional third-party tools or services.
