How to use
  1. Sift 1-2 g matcha into the bowl.
  2. Add 60-80 ml water at 70-80 °C.
  3. Whisk in a quick W-motion for 20–40 s until frothy.
  4. Top with water or milk (hot or iced).
Care
  • Rinse the chasen with warm water only (no soap). Dry on the whisk holder.
  • Hand-wash the bowl and tools; do not soak. Not dishwasher-safe.
  • Store dry. Replace the whisk if multiple tines break.
